Athena Project - Girls Design Fashion Summer Camp

Our Girls DESIGN FASHION Camp girls unleash their inner fashionista! With professional artists to guide them, they learn about fashion illustration and design, fabric draping, pattern creation and so much more. Has your young fashionista wondered how fashion designers gain inspiration? How costume designers on Broadway know what costumes to create? How textiles are designed? All of these concepts will be explored and tried out in a relaxed and fun setting. The camp helps develop key life skills like innovation, focus, planning and problem solving while inspiring and nurturing creative thinking.

Instructors: Dr. Darlene Ritz and Nicole Bartet
