3:00 PM – Contact Improvisation with Gwen Hunter Ritchie
In Gwen’s wonderful class, you’ll spend some time tuning in to your senses and the internal space of your body, readying yourself to move mindfully. You’ll enjoy community building exercises that foster trust, receptivity, and responsiveness, within yourself and your classmates. The class environment will nurture personal movement styles, body awareness, clear presence, and the ability to give and receive weight and energy between two or more bodies in space.
